MERCHANDISE
Only items listed on the application may be sold at the event. The AABA reserves the right to determine those businesses, organizations, or activities most suitable for the Adams Avenue Street Fair festival. The official event t-shirt is produced by the AABA. No other event t-shirts will be allowed for sale. The AABA reserves the right to expel any vendor whose merchandise or decor is deemed inappropriate by the event organizers which will result in fee forfeiture. We ask that all displays and merchandise be appropriate for an all-ages neighborhood venue. There is to be no distribution or sale of commercial material without express permission of the AABA and the payment of exhibitor fees and, no distribution of commercial material, for-profit promotion or sales activities, allowed in donated or discounted non-profit booth spaces without express permission of the AABA.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is only available to vendors who pay the extra charge up-front. Changes will not be made after the fact. If you are paying for electricity, you MUST fill out the "electricity requirements" portion of the application above, listing each piece of equipment and the amount of electric draw (wattage). Electric charges are based on one, 20amp/110volt circuit provided. You are limited to 16amp MAXIMUM DRAW or 1900 TOTAL WATTS. *THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.* You will be required to provide 50'-100' of UL approved heavy duty power cord. Every vendor is responsible for taping down their own cords. The Adams Avenue Street Fair electrician will be assisting with your hookups and has the authority to remove any equipment found to be unsafe or overloading a circuit.
FOOD VENDORS
The cleanup of the booth and surrounding area is the responsibility of the vendor. Area must be cleaned immediately upon closing. Vendors that do not clean their area will not be invited back to future events. All food vendors are required to carry special event insurance coverage. Upon acceptance into this event you must provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance: The Certificate of Insurance must be addressed to: 4649 Hawley Boulevard San Diego, CA 92116. Language for Additional Insured should read: "The vendor hereby indemnifies the Adams Avenue Business Association, dba 'Adams Avenue Street Fair', the City of San Diego, its Agents, Employees and Officers ". ACCEPTANCE
I hereby confirm that the above information is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct and further certify that I have read all of the information provided in this application. The Adams Avenue Street Fair assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising out of the participant's acts or omissions in the Adams Avenue Street Fair. Further, participant (indemnitor) shall defend and indemnify the Adams Avenue Street Fair. Further, Association (indemnitee) for the negligence, fault, misconduct and liabilities cause by the participant (indemnitor) should said negligence, fault and/or misconduct lead to the filing of a claim or legal action. Refunds allowed in case of event cancellation.
VENDOR PACKETS
Vendor packets with booth number assignments along with instructions and parking passes are emailed LATE AUGUST/EARLY SEPTEMBER. Please look for your packet around that time and remember to check your SPAM folder.
